Caribbean Indoor-Outdoor Living: Caribelle is designed to embrace the island lifestyle, with the main living area opening wide to panoramic views of Great Bay and the Caribbean breeze. The living room is an open-air, naturally ventilated space and does not have air-conditioning. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned for comfortable sleeping. GENERAL HOUSE RULES · No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is not permitted while using patio furniture. Any outdoor smoking must be responsible and all materials must be disposed of safely. · No pets unless specifically approved in the booking. · No parties or loud gatherings. · Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and the community. · Do not move indoor furniture outside. · Report damage, breakage, leaks or maintenance issues to Seyannah Properties as soon as they are discovered. · Only registered/approved guests may occupy the property overnight. Visitor limits must follow the booking and approved property rules. Pool & Jacuzzi Safety · Swim/use the pool and Jacuzzi at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. · No diving or running around the pool deck. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. · No glass in or immediately around the pool/Jacuzzi area. · Do not tamper with pool/Jacuzzi pumps, valves, heaters, electrical controls or maintenance settings. · Do not add soap, oils, bath products or foreign substances to the Jacuzzi. Stop use and contact Seyannah if water appears unsafe or equipment is not operating correctly. BBQ / Grill BBQ Notice: A BBQ is available for guest use. The BBQ is cleaned, checked and prepared for the next guest, and a spare gas bottle is maintained at the property for continuity when needed. Guests remain responsible for safe use, fully turning off the gas after use, and immediately reporting any damage, suspected gas smell or operating issue. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in an additional documented charge where permitted by the booking channel. · Never move the BBQ indoors or into an enclosed area and keep it away from flammable items. · Never leave the BBQ unattended while in use. · If you smell gas, do not light the BBQ. Turn the gas off and contact Seyannah Properties immediately. · Do not use the BBQ during high winds or unsafe weather. · Do not pour grease, oil or food waste onto the patio, grass, plants or pool area. Use proper BBQ tools and keep hot items off furniture, counters and railings. Property Systems, Keys & Security · Do not attempt repairs or tamper with routers, pool valves, pumps, breakers, gas lines, water valves, shutters, owner systems, mechanical rooms or locked areas unless instructed by Seyannah Properties. · Lock doors and windows when leaving the property and return all keys/remotes/access items at checkout. · Exterior security cameras/doorbell cameras may be present for property security. No cameras are located inside the home or in private guest areas. · Respect locked owner closets, storage rooms and private cabinets. Towels, Linens, Plumbing & Property Care · Please avoid permanent stains from makeup, tanning products, hair dye, self-tanner, oils, nail polish or similar products. · Pool and beach towels must remain with the property and be returned after use. · Rinse/dust off heavy sand before entering where practical. Do not place grease, food or unsuitable materials into sinks, toilets or drains. · Report any clog, leak, spill, broken item or accidental damage promptly so the team can assist. Documented actual loss or damage may be handled through the applicable booking-platform claim process. Checkout - 10:00 AM · Lock doors/windows and return access items as instructed. · Place used dishes in the sink; no need to wash and put them away. · Gather used towels in the designated area. · Place/sort waste in the property’s designated on-property garbage container. · Do not strip beds, start laundry or take garbage off-property.
